FLYING NZ PROVIDES NATIONAL AIRSPORTS CONTROL (NAC) ON BEHALF OF Fédération Aéronautique Internationale FOR ALL AFFILIATED AVIATION SPORTS IN NEW ZEALAND
As National Airsports Controller, Flying NZ issues Sporting Licences, documentation, and registration of air sport records with FAI, represents New Zealand airsport affiliates to FAI, and provides all communications of significance between New Zealand airsport groups and the FAI council.
Flying NZ issues licences to New Zealand-born nationals and to people who have been granted citizenship or permanent residency. Applicants who were not New Zealand-born must upload evidence of citizenship or residency (include a scan of your passport showing citizenship or residency stamp etc).
You must be a financial member of an appropriate FAI affiliate (for your air sport discipline) before applying for your licence.
Licences will only be issued to people eligible in all respects.
