| Welcome to the Bay of Islands Aero Club: The Club is situated at Kerikeri Airport, 2 km West of the S.H.10 / Kerikeri Rd. roundabout. Aircraft are a Cessna 172 and a Tecnam GOLF Microlight. Instruction by G.A. and RAANZ instructors is by arrangement. The Coastguard Air Patrol is flown by club members using the Coastguard Cessna 182 which is hired to club pilots for local area flying who are also NCAP pilots. Members meet every first and third Sunday of each month for a Sunday evening Dinner and visitors are welcome to share a very moderately priced buffet. On the last Sunday of every month there is a "Fly-in Lunch". An aircraft is not essential to attend, " kiwi's " i.e. the flightless, are just as welcome and this is a very popular event.
