For the early arivers, we will hold a sausage sizzle on the Thursday evening, at the Clubhouse, if there is sufficient demand. Pay on the night.
We have a BBQ organised at the clubhouse on Friday evening. Cost $15.00
A packaged lunch is available on Saturday Cost $15.00 and the the Saturday night Presentation Dinner will be held on the Airfield at the Patchett Ag Air Hangar. Cost $60 per person. For catering purposes, please order these meals when registering.
Morning and afternoon teas will be available at the flight office, by gold coin donation. Transport, - as required. Pay the driver $10.00.
No landing fees. BP fuel available.
